2 Wall push-ups in plank, before returning to the game when tagged

1:00 each side Bicep against the wall

1:00 each side Tricep stretch with elbow over shoulder using other arm to add resistance

Ring Rows

Review relaxed position (Muscles Off) then start (Muscles On with shoulder blades pinched back and down) then go to (hold at top) then finish positions.

WORK & PLAY

Follow the Spartan Leader

Create an obstacle course where each child negotiates through the course in their own way (Alternately everyone tries each individual pattern, this may or may not be feasible according to number of kids and time constraints)

*Trainer may add complexity to the course as needed

*Include a hinge movement (lift) and a core test (plank walk, throw from plank, etc)
